Where availability allows, we aim to attend the same day for enquiries received before noon.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. We don’t charge call-out fees. Any work required will be discussed and agreed with you before we start.

Are you Gas Safe registered?

Yes. All gas work is carried out in accordance with current regulations by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Every project is different, but a typical full bathroom renovation can take around 7-10 working days We’ll give you a clear timeframe before work begins.

Do you provide a guarantee?

Yes. Our workmanship is covered by a 12-month guarantee, giving you extra peace of mind.

Do I need to supply the materials?

No. We can supply everything needed for your project, or work with materials you have already chosen. We can also help you select suitable products.

Do you work with other trades?

Yes. For larger projects such as kitchens and bathrooms, we can work alongside other trades to help keep the whole project organised and running smoothly.
